Ordering online from Gadir Swim is easy! When viewing an item, simply select your size and quantity needed and then click 'Add to Cart'. You can review the items in your Cart at any time by clicking on the 'Cart' icon in the top right corner of every page. Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping or continue to checkout and place your order.

After you place your order via our website, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address once it has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team.

Gadir Swim offers free worldwide shipping on all orders over 200€.

Pre-order item is one that you order before we have it in our inventory.
You may cancel until the time your order has been processed.

Orders from countries in European Union are NOT subject to tax/customs duties.
For orders outside of Europe & countries that are not in European Union, extra charges (sales tax and customs duty) may occur depending on your region and local customs charges.

Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of duties may be
necessary to release your order if charges do incur. Please note that delays due to custom procedures are beyond our control and must be resolved by the receiver.

Gadir Swim is not responsible for any import duties, customs and taxes incurred on international shipments, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot advise the cost as these charges will vary according to country.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes, as all packages must be signed for upon delivery, so please ensure that you provide your daytime delivery street address and contact phone number.

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has confirmed through our system and payment has been received.
However if the order has not been shipped it may be possible. We process orders quickly, so changes
cannot always be accommodated. Please contact our customer service team with your change request details included in the email. Please note our customer care team works on a different time zone to some of our online store locations.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there.

For all orders, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.

Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays and the delivery time frame excludes delays caused during international custom's processing.

All items marked as final sale, or with a discount of more tan 40% have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for an exchange or store credit. The other products on sale can be returned.

We understand that buying final sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing, fit or fabric please contact our Customer Care team and review our size chart before placing your order.

Gadir Swim is located in Cádiz, Spain. All orders are shipped from Spain.

We only use 100% sustainable fabrics like ECONYL® and REPREVE®. Our
swimwear is made from ECONYL, the regenerated nylon made from recycled materials, such as fishing nets, industrial plastic, and post-consumer plastic bottles. Sustainable fabric made with ECONYL is twice as resistant to chlorine, sunscreen and oil than competitive fabrics.

All orders are sent out in mailer bags made from 100% biodegradable and compostable materials. Also each piece is packed in bags made from Cassava starch making them 100% home compostable. We are a plastic free brand.
