SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Gadir Swim ships from Europe using DHL Express Worldwide to reach your destination as fast as possible and Standard Post if you are not in the hurry with your shipment. Both shipping options are trackable and you will receive a tracking code via email after the order has been shipped.

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

PRE-ORDERS

We allow exchanges and return on pre-ordered items. If you place an order containing a PRE-ORDER item, the entire order will be dispatched according to the PRE-ORDER ship date. Should you want the order to ship separately please make two separate orders, or reach out to info@gadirswim.com to inquire about the additional shipping cost. Please note that pre-order shipping time is approximate and can change due to shipping delays.

Pre-order item is one that you order before we have it in our inventory. You may cancel until the time your order has been processed. To cancel, please contact our customer service team.

All orders with pre-order items will be held and all items will be sent together. Please place an additional order if you need in stock items immediately.

CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES

Orders from countries in European Union are NOT subject to tax/customs duties.
For orders outside of Europe & countries that are not in European Union, extra charges (sales tax and customs duty) may occur depending on your region and local customs charges.

Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of duties may be necessary to release your order if charges do incur. Please note that delays due to custom procedures are beyond our control and must be resolved by the receiver.

Gadir Swim is not responsible for any import duties, customs and taxes incurred on international shipments, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot advise the cost as these charges will vary according to country.

Gadir Swim cannot reimburse customs in any capacity and is not liable for reimbursing or refunding customs. We have no control over any customs/duties fees associated with your order so please check your home country's import regulations before you place your order as these charges are at the receivers expense.

Tax Threshold Guide

EU: Orders will not incur import taxes and duties.

UK: Orders under the 135 GBP will not incur import taxes and duties.

USA: Orders under the 800 USD will not incur import taxes and duties.

AUSTRALIA: Orders under the 1.000 AUD will not incur import taxes and duties.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has confirmed through our system and payment has been received.

Generally we are unable to make manual changes, however if the order has not been shipped it may be possible. We process orders quickly, so changes cannot always be accommodated. Please contact our customer service team with your change request details included in the email. Please note our customer care team works on a different time zone to some of our online store locations.

PLEASE NOTE

Gadir Swim has no control over delays and is not responsible for them. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address.
After we have shipped your order, it is out of our hands. We are not accountable for lost packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses. If your package is returned to us for any reason you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent again.
Please note we cannot ship to P.O Boxes.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders without notice, in which a refund will be issued.
